myself and husband have been eating at this restaurant for many years, without fail its always a lovely meal an very welcoming by the staff of the star of wales. they always come an speak to us knowing us as regulars and make us feel very welcome. would recommend this resturant to everyone. myself and my husband don't go anywhere else for our romantic evenings. i have to say 10/10 very classy .

Went to the Star of Wales Christmas Eve. A warm welcome and excellent service.

We had only sat and got comfortable when politely asked "would you like some drinks" Yes please. Our food order taken we had a chat then even on a busy night , dinner was served.

Order was ...Chicken Vindaloo, Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Bariani. The meal was followed by a nice little box of chocolates from the ladies in the restaraunt. A really nice gesture

This was how curry should be served. Traditional "Welsh" .

Not much more to say really except Thank you all at the Star of Wales for a most pleasant Christmas Eve

We will definately be returning in the New Year.

Again last night out with work collegues, wonderful food, party of thirteen short notice booking, served hot and present well to all their usual high standards. I go here with my family also, we have been taking our children there for over 25 years they were always welcome when younger and go with their own families now.
