I am writing to inform you of the disappointing evening my son and girlfriend had at your restaurant (Cardiff Bay) on Saturday night. I phoned to make the reservation on Sat afternoon and made a request to have a window table if at all possible as it was a special evening for them and had travelled from Oxford to be there. Although i was informed it could not be promised they would mark my request in the book. Needless to say on there return how disappointed they and I was to hear that they had been given a table right near the kitchen with a pillar and a rocky chair. As a regular customer to the restaurant (that was why I suggested it to them in the first place) I cannot tell you how disappointed I and they were and that although the food was 'alright' the whole evening was spoilt instead of making it something special.

I am afraid it has left us very disappointed with your restaurant - customer's should at least be listened to and when requests are made it would be nice to be able to respond accordingly.

I visited Cardiff yesterday with my parents and my best friend and we went for our evening meal in Signor Valentio. We arrived and were directed to what was in my opinon the best seat in the restaurant, looking out over the Quay. We ordered our meals and there was a quick. The meal was cooked to perfection and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I reccomend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Italian food. I will come back to this restaurant again.
