I absolutely love that place, what a food! The lunch set menu is excellent and for 7.95 fantastic value for money as well. I'm having lunch in La Boheme at least once a week from years and I have to say they never let me down. Service is very good too. Visit highly recommended ! I really don't understand how can anybody rate that place with 1.

Poor food and really poor quality ingredients.

Decor also very poor and old fashion. Only thing missing was a short man playing the accordion. Big mistake

We have just had a very good weekend in Cardiff. The icing on the cake was our visit to La Boheme, an atmospheric Italian restaurant. The food was excellent and the service friendly and professional. We shall certainly eat here again on future visits to the city.

We were visiting Cardiff for the day and I checked out the reviews for a good place to have lunch and La Boheme seemed a good option. Tucked away off the main street, we had a warm welcome and shown inside. The lunch menu looked fantastic value at 7.95 for a starter, main and coffee. It did not disappoint. The starte of breaded sardines were delicious and this was followed by a very generous portion of lasagne. Al the food tasted homemade and was very tasty. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. This really made our day finding this place - we will be back.
