Bosphorus Turkish Restaurant

I have noticed a clear pattern about the reviews on this restaurant, all reviews up to 2005 were excellent, subsequent reviews much less so. As I tried this place in 2008 I can tell you that the experience was very disappointing. I had come to this place with expectations of tasting some Turkish cuisine, full of wonderful Mediterranean flavour and generous hospitality. The food was just like the stuff you'd get from a tub in your local supermarket, served with the same flair. Indeed, I would go to the extent that the service isn't just indifferent, but mildly disdainful of customers. It's a pity as the views from the pier are stunning. Blessed Gordon Ramsey do visit this place and sort it out please...!

Absolutely lovely. Never had a bad meal there. Great for vegetarians too. The portions are huge so go there when you're hungry. Fabulous location and good service. My companions have told me that the mussels are wonderful and the steaks are delicious!Highly recommended.
